Here are some more great stretches to open up the front of the chest to improve posture and breathing, and to decrease pain in upper/mid-back. Everything we do is in FRONT of us, so we are always hunched forward. That’s why it is so important to stretch these front muscles out!
When doing any stretching, remember to use SLOW movements and to breathe deeply and steadily into the stretch. Breathe out when you are feeling the stretch and breathe in when you are recovering from the stretch. If u feel any pain, stop immediately and ice the area.
